1. Company Information

Bouquet Cyprus (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates as an online platform for ordering flower bouquets. We do not create the bouquets ourselves; orders are fulfilled by our partner florists in Nicosia, Cyprus.

2. Orders

  • Orders can be placed via our Website by providing accurate personal and delivery information.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is correct and that you have the legal right to make the purchase.

  • Delivery Area: Orders are delivered only within the Nicosia district.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include the bouquet price plus a €6.5 delivery fee.

  • Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers at checkout.

  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

4. Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
    Evening Delivery: Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be delivered between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
    Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any special delivery instructions should be included at checkout.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before 12:00 PM on the day of delivery.

  • Orders after this cut-off cannot be changed or cancelled, as the florist will already be preparing the bouquet.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided for incorrect delivery information or if the recipient is unavailable, unless it is due to our error.

  • If a bouquet is damaged or not delivered, please contact us immediately at bouquetcyprus@gmail.com, and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Bouquet Cyprus is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or from delivery delays caused by the florist, traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the order.
