Shipping & Delivery Policy – Bouquet Cyprus

Delivery Area: For now orders are delivered only within the Nicosia district of Cyprus.

1. Order Cut-Off Times

Delivery times:

• 9AM-5PM (orders placed before 3PM)

• 5PM-8PM (orders placed after 3PM)

• Orders placed after 6PM will be delivered the following day.

2. Delivery Process

1. After your order is confirmed, it is sent to our partner florist for preparation.

2. The florist arranges your bouquet according to your specifications.

3. The bouquet is delivered to the recipient within the time frame above.

3. Delivery Notifications

• You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

• A delivery confirmation may be sent after your bouquet is delivered.

4. Special Instructions

• Include any specific delivery instructions at checkout.

• We will do our best to accommodate requests, but delivery times may vary due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Fees

• A flat delivery fee of €6.5 is added to every order at checkout.

6. Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

• Orders placed for same-day delivery must be changed or cancelled before 3 PM.

• Orders placed after 3 PM for evening delivery or next-day delivery can be changed or cancelled up to 2 hours before their scheduled delivery time.

Once the florist has started preparing your bouquet, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
