What we collect
- Your details: name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery details: the recipient’s name, address and phone number, the delivery date, and your card message.
- Order details: what you ordered and any delivery instructions.
- If you join our list: your email address, and when and to what you agreed, to send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We see whether a payment succeeded, never your card number.
- Technical information: your browser and device, and the cookies described below.
How we use it
- To make up and deliver your order through our partner florist.
- To email you about your order.
- To keep our records and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:
- Our partner florist in Nicosia, to make up and deliver your order.
- Stripe, to take your payment.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Supabase, which stores orders and accounts.
- Our email provider, which sends order and sign-in emails.
- Public authorities, where the law requires it.
We never sell or trade your personal information.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the shop needs to work, such as remembering your basket and keeping you signed in. If we ever add analytics, we’ll ask you first.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for [retention period to be confirmed by the business’s accountant], as tax law requires, and other personal information only as long as we need it for your orders and customer service.
Your rights
Under EU and Cyprus law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email Bouquetcyprus@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus.
Children
Our shop is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
